Behind the scenes these people help us to achieve our success

Our support staff underpin the day to day running of our Academies and we could not function without them; liaising with parents, students, external services and teachers alike, these roles are busy and varied.

Our support staff know what works for each Academy, the majority of whom have worked with us for several years. Their knowledge and experience is invaluable, and best practice is constantly shared between the Academies.

Throughout the Trust we have professional and talented staff working in our IT, HR, Business Operations and Finance departments. With a range of corporate and education backgrounds, the combined experience of our employees allows for development and continual improvement across the shared services function, making processes more streamlined and the Trust more efficient.
